We have created "65 Roses®" one-of-a-kind hand-painted yarn. 

“65 Roses®” is a term often used by young children with cystic fibrosis to pronounce the name of their disease.

Treenway Silks donates a minimum 10% of sales to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in honor of Andrea's angels, to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF). Since developing the 65 Roses® colorways in 2017, Treenway Silks has donated $29,500 through March 31, 2024—we appreciate your support as we work toward our 2024 goal.

Hand-dyed in Colorado--color fast. We use acid dyes with heat and then rinse until water runs clear.
Wash in tepid or cool/cold water.

Silk Noil is also called "bourette."  Noil yarn is made from short fibres left behind after making higher quality spun silk. Impurities (crushed pupa) are also in these fibers. 

The short fiber length results in less luster than other spun silk yarns. Noil has the strongest silk odor due to impurities in the yarn. The majority of the smell dissipates after washing, but can return again when wet.

The silk is from the Bombyx mori silk worm, often referred to as "mulberry" silk.
