Faithwurks Designs (Nancy Wahler) created this lovely biscornu and scissors fob set for Just Cross Stitch magazine's February 2020 issue...page 34-36

Nancy already had this stitch when she learned about Treenway Silks' 65 Roses colors and how we support research for a cure for cystic fibrosis.  She was so moved, that she re-stitched her dainty rose design using only 65 Roses colors.  My heart goes out to you!!

The biscornu stitch count is 48H x 48W and 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"; the scissors fib is 6H x 56W (1/2" x 4").  Both are stitched on 28 count linen "over two"  The stitches used are cross stitch, straight stitch and lazy daisy.

Each thread pack includes two 10-yard skeins of Harmony (6-strand silk floss) in the following colors, all hand-dyed in Colorado

Harmony—100% Spun Silk—6 strand floss

--equivalent in size and twist to cotton embroidery floss
--each of the individual 6 strands is a 2-ply thread for pleasurable stitching
--Harmony silk thread can easily be divided or “stranded”

Hand-dyed in Colorado--color fast. We use acid dyes with heat and then rinse until water runs clear.
Wash in tepid or slightly warm water.

The silk is from the Bombyx mori silk worm, often referred to as "mulberry" silk.
