LIMITED EDITION Rigid Heddle Weaving Kit designed and woven by Peg MacMorris

Peg’s design inspiration was a technique by Jane Patrick using bundles of warp threads grouped in one slot, producing a vertical “rib”.

Peg used 6-thread bundles of Jorie II silk to make a lustrous rib in this silk scarf--no special reed needed--you'll use your 10-dent reed.

Peg’s ribs are interspersed with areas containing Noil Silk, creating a subtle color and weave effect.  Noil is an economical silk with a lovely, “rustic” feel.

COLORS:
Peg used a relatively light-value color #215 Eucalyptus (green, left scarf) and #401 Blue Slate to weave the middle scarf. 
Joy wove it #958 Gypsy Passion (right) for all you passionate red-violet people!
All are fabulous!
