MAIL ORDER INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDERS &ndash Yarns
We require you to purchase one skein per yarn type – approximate weight per skein is indicated in product section. Full skeins cannot be divided. (For shorter lengths, we have mini–skeins of yarns in 10 yards and ribbons in 5 yards. See silk embroidery threads & ribbons.)

DYED YARNS & RIBBONS
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the hand dyeing of all yarns.
Keep in mind that shipping times vary and is not included in the dyeing time.

PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard, cheque, and money order.
If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, please ask us for the total amount including postage and taxes (as applicable) in Canadian or US dollars.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hrs of receiving your order (dyed yarn is the exception).
Canada
For shipping within Canada, we use Canada Post Expedited (delivery time: 2–11 business days). Xpresspost (2–3 business days) and Priority (2 business days) are available on request.
USA
For parcels sent to the USA we use US Mail. For orders under 1 kg (2.2lb) (and under $100) we use Air Mail (average delivery time is 2 weeks). Otherwise, we use Expedited (6–13 business days). Express is available on request (4–7 business days).
International
We ship overseas. Please ask.

SPEEDY MAIL DELIVERY
If the regular postal services doesn't meet your needs, we can also ship your parcel by other services. For parcels in Canada, we can send them by one of our courier companies.

RETURNED GOODS
Verbal authorization is required to receive credit. All returned goods must be sent via postal service only. All shipping is to be PREPAID. Credit or refund will be issued for all items which are RESALEABLE, less a 15% restocking fee.
